- check for workbench.library 44.1514+ (i.e. OS 3.5/BB2 or OS 3.9)
- added ability to change Workbench default stack size used by the
Workbench when launching Shell programs or programs without a valid
stack size number.

(note it will only work with workbench.library 44.1514 and up)
