Syntax: ScreenTest S=SCREEN/A,O=OPEN/S,W=WINDOWS/S

If you specify the OPEN switch, the return code indicates if the
screen specified by the SCREEN parameter is currently open (and
in public mode.)

Otherwise, if you specify the WINDOWS switch, the return code
indicates how many windows are currently open on the public
screen specified by the SCREEN parameter.
