Identifies 

- mpg`s with wave headers
- totaly broken mp3/2 headers


How to use:

move all mp3 files you want to repair to one directory, or start wave to mpg
with every directory you use. 
enter: wavetompg mymp3dir .

that`s it. You will get all needed informations about your files.
