Useful little program (only 628 bytes long) which makes sure
that audio filter stays off, even when annoying programs
(like Civilisation) try to turn it off.

Works by turning it off, then waiting a while, then does it
again etc.  Takes virtually nil processor time.

Usage: Run <NIL: >NIL: KFO
