HD Install: Copy all files from the 2 disks on a same directory
Then double-click on the "Jade" icon.
Or from CLI cd on the Jade directory and type "Jade.exe".

J.A.D.E. needs at least 1.8 Mbytes of free memory.
If you only got 2Mb of Chipmem then disconnect all external drives
before booting from floppy Disks !
