Short: Language for specifying bitmap fonts Architecture: m68k-amigaos BMFC 0.00 by Adam M. Costello released Sun 30 Aug 1992 BMF is a language for specifying Amiga bitmap fonts. BMFC 0.00 includes the C source for bmfc (the BMF compiler) and the BMF source for Lucid 10, 12, 13, and 15 (Amiga bitmap fonts). You can use your favorite text editor to create the BMF source for a new font, then compile it with bmfc. This particular archive also contains the Amiga executable bmfc, and the already-compiled Lucid fonts. BMFC 1.00 will include the program bmfd (the BMF decompiler) which will allow you to generate BMF source for existing fonts, so that you can modify them. Be warned that BMFC 0.00 has not been well tested, and is only being released because some people are in desperate need of a way to create fonts. More reliable releases should be coming soon.
