This is MorphOS port of XDME originally developed by Matthew Dillon (1987-91)
and continued by Aaron Digulla. It is really old text editor and somewhat
primitive compared to modern offerings. But it was cool editor in 1992 or so!

Before you start I recommend you read documentation first.
