The 2nd is supporting the 1st, the 2nd is running the game, and the 1st is... a free Action Replay MKIII software clone !! The 1st is freeware and the 2nd shareware, you can find on the www pages HRTmon 2.25 and WHDload 8.1 than both supporting themself !
