DESCRIPTION
StartupManager replaces workbench's job of loading the programs in the
SYS:WBStartup drawer. Instead StartupManager is the only program in this
drawer and it will then load the pograms from another drawer or drawers
as configured. A graphical display of programs being loaded is shown at
the bottom of the workbench screen in a small window. StartupManager
can be disabled by pressing the shift key while it is loading, this will
stop all the programs in the Startup directory from being loaded.
FEATURES
1. Multiple paths may be used to load programs when workbench started.
2. Pressing shift will disable all startup programs.
3. Graphical display across bottom of workbench screen of all startup
programs being run.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
OS release 2.04 or newer.
"matrix.library" version 23.2103 (included in archive).
"WBStart-Handler" version 1.4 (included in archive).
Multiview or Amigaguide to read the documentation.
Commodore installer.
Distribution is archived with lha so program to un-archive is needed.

This is an update to the StartupMngr10.lha archive.
o Changed the code checking kickstart version, sorry to all those that
downloaded it that are running pre V39 kickstarts.
o Added LEFT and TOP tooltypes to position the window
o Removed some small debugging information
o Now can run programs without icons
