This little patch adds PROGDIR: assign to reqtools filerequesters. To apply
the patch you require:

- reqtools.pch (SAS scompare patch file, included in this archive)
- spatch (SAS Binary File Patcher V6.50, included in this archive)
- reqtools.library in version 38.1436 (see Aminet util/libs/ReqToolUsr.lha)

Installation is fairly simple; just type the following in a shell window:
'spatch reqtools.library'. You will get file 'reqtools.new' - now copy this
file to your LIBS: directory as 'reqtools.library'.
