Countdown      Tiny CLI utility counting down to zero. The message
               texts can be passed as arguments. Within the last five
               seconds the program can blink the screen and/or beep
               on demand. Useful for scripts to give the user a last
               chance.
               This is version 1.1, includes source in Oberon.
