"Assigner" is designed to supplement or replace the CLI command "assign". The
program reads a list file containing a list of assign names and a list of path
names, and assigns the assign names to the path names. This way it saves typing
a lot of "assign" commands into the startup-sequence, or other such scripts.
  Version 1.2 fixes a bug found in making deferred assigns, and all the fixes
from version 1.1.
  The program was written in DICE C on 27th December 1998. It is freely
distributable, provided the contents of the archive are not altered.
