Intro:
-----
I wanted to have program which can play a random "welcome" sound on the
Amiga. Much like that on Windoze95 but mine must be random everytime I
boot. So, I created AmSound.
Previously I used to put Play16 in my startup, now yuo just replaced it
with AmSound!!
USAGE:
-----
1. In the Shell you must "SetEnv AmSound <mysoundfilesDir>"
2. In the Shell, in ENV: create a file called "Amsound.prefs".
3. Put AmSound into your startup-sequence just before LoadWB.
4. Should be run like "AmSound >nil:" in startup-sequence.
Ofcoz, no quotation marks when you type in the stuff in the shell. Duhhh?
CREDITS:
-------
* Mike Erasmus for Coding and design and idea.
* Various people on c.s.a.programmer for their help
* Thomas Wenzel for the EXCELLENT Play16. Without which AmSound would've
been severly restricted.
TODO:
----
1. If no prefs file found, allow user to select the prefs dir.
2. If no files found in prefs file, allow user to select files to play.
BUGS: (aaarghh)
----
1. Sometimes the program will start Play16 but no soundfiles to play.
2. Also possible that the program may crash if you don't have ANY files in
the prefs file.
Please report any other bugs youmay find.

Oorsig:
------
Speel 'n random musiek of klank leger elke keer as die Amiga oorgelaai
word.
GEBRUIK:
------
* Thomas Wenzel vir Play16, sonder Play16 was Amsound net steeds 'n
gedagte.
TE DOENE:
--------
2. 'n Leê Prefs leér mag die AMiGA laat crash.
Meld asb alle foute aan.
KONTAK:
------
Mike Erasmus mailto:horror@smartnet.co.za of merasmus@usa.net.
KOPIEREG:
-------
1. Jy is my 'n e-pos verskuldig as jy AmSound gebruik
