This is a replacement for those commands that add memory to the system
memory list. It only works with OS 2.0 and higher. It is completely
localized, a german catalog file is to be found in Catalogs, as well as
the .cd and .ct files needed to write catalogs for other languages,
while english texts are built in. AddMem can install a resident program
which adds the memory very early after a reboot. The area of memory to
be added is checked for existance. The type of the memory is calculated
through it's position but it can be changed by commandline options. A
bitwise memory check is available. This is a bugfix for the previously
posted version 3.0,which didn't accept memory above $1000000.
Version 3.01 by Martin Schlodder on 29-Aug-1994.
