mpg123 is a CLI based audio decoder/player for the MP3 Audio-Format.
It is supporting MPEG 1.0/2.0/2.5 for Layers 1, 2 and 3.

mpg123 is using the FPU.
mpg123_vmx is optimized for the G4/G5 Altivec SIMD-Unit.


Installation
------------
Copy the appropriate Executable to C:


Command Line Examples
---------------------
Play

  mpg123 device:file.mp3

Playlist

  mpg123 -@ device:playlist.txt

Decode

  mpg123 -w device:file.wav device:file.mp3
