Public non-beta release.

This program is capable of converting AIFF files to Studio 16 files
(Fileformat 2_0 as in Studio 16 V3.x).

Features:

	- Can convert both mono and stereo AIFF files
	- Converts 8-bit to 16-bit automatically
	- Uses sample rate from AIFF file if in Studio16's HZ table
	  or the one which is closest to the table entry.
	- Auto extended and auto PAN'ed (mono files is centered while
	  stereo files is put in left and right channel)
	- Dumps AIFF file info
	- FAAAST converting - Assembler with big load/convert buffer
	- Small in size

USAGE:

     AIFF2Studio16 <AIFF file> <DestFilenamebase>

AIFF file		= path and name to a AIFF file
DestFilenamebase	= path and basename for the Studio 16
			  file(s). Note that the filename get extended
			  with _MONO, if stereo you get two files with
			  _LEFT and _RIGHT extension.

HISTORY

1.0ß	06.11.97	- Bug in the mono 8-bit to mono 16-bit convertion
			  Only saved half size. Fixed!
			- Optimized 8->16 (core is ~20% faster)
