This is a 'port' of xspringies, an X11 application. No X11 server
(DaggeX or others) is needed to run the program!
This program is using libX11 by Terje Pedersen! You don't need this
either since it is a link library that is compiled into the binary.
Copy the libs/rgb.txt to libs: and click on the icon to start.
man page info:
xspringies is a simulator which allows you to interac-
tively create and edit a system of masses and springs.
The parameters of the masses and springs (such as mass
elasticity and spring K) as well as those of the surround-
ing system (such as air viscosity and gravity) can be
changed.
These systems can be loaded and saved into a file.
I guess you could use xspringies for real work, but it's
really intended to be a time waster.
Proper cleanup functions has been added, but 24 bytes disappears
when running the program. As far as I can tell it's SetFont that
causes this, but I haven't managed to fix it, any clue anyone?
Other programs worth looking at: (all on aminet somewhere..)
