Converts multiple USGS ascii DEM files to VistaPro format.

Usage:    Mcnv UsgsDem1 [UsgsDem2....]

This has a nice GUI, and can convert a large USGS file into muliple
adjacent Vista DEMs - loadable with "load region".

This came straight from the VRLI BBS, with no docs (per se), but usage
is above and should be easy to figure out.
