Visual Engineering - Visual Anim v2.35
SHORT DESCRIPTION
  This script will take an image and make a looping animation from
  it.
REQUIREMENTS
  Image Engineer v3.41 (Wision release 2)
  RexxMath.library (Aminet/util/rexx/RexxMathLib.lha)
  Sys:Rexxc/RX
INSTALLATION
  Archive where this file came from should be extracted to a
  directory where you installed Image Engineer.
  This script must be in IE:Arexx/
USAGE
  Activate a window of an image, you want to animate.
  Run the script.
  3 different effects (and their subeffects) are available; Bulge,
  Ripple and Twirl. They are Image Engineer's build in modules,
  which we are controlling now. Quality's "Best" and "Fast" are
  equal to those modules' "Colour avarage" and "Fast".
  "Adjust Render-options" means that you'll be later prompted with
  a Render-options requester, where you can for example choose, if
  you want to use locked palette for all frames or calculate new
  palette for every frame. There you can also set the type of
  rendering screen. Default screen is the one you've set in
  Prefs/General.
  For fast test use 8 frames (will be asked after first
  requester). For final one use frames you think is suitable.
  Remember: more frames, more size. This script will not save an
  animation file, but frames of it. Default dir is 'Ram:'. Files
  saved are Ripple.001 ... Twirl.0??.
  Remember to delete old frames, when making new anim. If you just
  made 18 frames long anim and are now doing 8 frames one, there
  will be 10 extra frames.
  Remember that when you are asked, if you want to use black or
  white background, the actual color is taken from pictures original
  palette. So, if there's no pure black/white available, then next
  closest one will be choosen. BG-color "Guess" means, that script
  look for a bottom right pixel and uses it's color value as
  background.
