TestPatterns.loader is a simple loader that gives you a choice of:

Colour Bars 1
Colour Bars 2     (Thanks to Martin Boyd.)
Cross Hatch
Linearity
Dots
Grey Scale
Frequency Response
Centering

All  of  which  are useful for lining up monitors.  The selected image gets
loaded straight into OpalPaint.
