The patch included in this archive  will  unset  all  simple
refresh  flags  originally  included  in the wizard file for
ArtEffect v2.1.2, 2.1.3 and  2.1.5  (and  maybe  some  other
intermediate/fair  releases)  of  ArtEffect  2  by  Haage  &
Partner, so that ArtEffect 2 uses the IMHO  more  up-to-date
smart refresh for its windows.

The provided installation script will make a backup  of  the
original wizard file.

I hope that this patch will be  unnecessary  with  the  next
release version of ArtEffect (2.5?).

Feel free to contact me, when in need for a patch for  other
versions of the wizard file.
