Gorky 17 is a horror conspiracy game mixing elements of strategy and RPG
gameplay. You, the player, command a small group of NATO soldiers who must
reveal the mystery behind the sudden appearance of hybrid creatures in a
small Polish city named Lubin.
This demo version consists of the first level of Gorky 17 including english
text & speech output. The full version comes additionally with full German,
Italian, Polish, Spanish, Russian text & speech as well as text translations
in French. Hungarian text & speech comes as a separate downloadable Update at
the webpage of Hyperion.
This update of the Demo now also includes a demo Version for WarpUP
Minimum requirements:
- Amiga with PiStorm (Pi3, Pi4 or Pi Cm4) or Vampire V4 (standalone or
non-standalone) or a System capable to run WarpUP (tested with BPPC,
CPPC, SonnetPPC PCI, ApocalypsePPC PCI and some Macs with MorphOS), the
WarpUP Version requires around 192 MB RAM.
- The game also runs on 68060 100 MHz systems, but the scrolling is far less
smooth than
on a PiStorm or Vampire V4 system
- Picasso96 installed, with Chunky 16 Bit graphics modes (no AGA Support)
- 180 MB of memory free after Workbench is loaded, Maybe less
- AHI (recommended 4.18)
- mpega.library installed (available on Aminet). mpega.library only needed
for the 68k version
- Approximately 500 MB of free harddisk space
- AmigaOS 3.x, Optionally WarpUP for PowerPC systems
