INSTALLATION
Copy to Yam:rexx (or wherever)

USAGE
Type md2yam.rexx <md2file> <yamfile> at a cli, where
    · <md2file> is the path/filename of the md2 addressbook
    · <yamfile> is the path/filename of the yam addressbook to append entries to

DISCLAIMER
This program is freeware. Use of this program is at your own risk. Although it
worked fine for me, I can't guarentee that it will work for you. I'm not responsible
if something strange happens (data loss, computer blowing up :) resulting
from the (mis)use of this software.

This script has been tested with Yam 2.0. It may or may not work with earlier versions.
