What is it ?
------------
Since a few months we have access in France to an adsl connection which
uses the PPTP protocol. Unfortunately due to a bug in the A1000 ADSL modem
(Made by alcatel), Macinstosh,linux and amiga users could'nt connect
successfully.
So we re waiting for a fix in miami but meanwhile you can use our patch which
is a workaround for the modem bug. (it is a patch of miamipptp.device)
We have also included a small documentation to help french adsl users to
configure more easily thier connection.

Depuis quelques mois nous avons acces a la technologie ADSL en France,qui
utilise le protocole ADSL. Malheureusement pour nous, le modem Alcatel A 1000
comporte un bug qui empeche les utilisateurs macintosh linux et amiga de se
connecter.
En attendant une mise a jour de miami qui reglera ce probleme nous avons patché
le pptp.device et ainsi nous pouvons nous connecter normalement.
Nous avons aussi inclus une documentation pour aider les utilisateurs a configurer
Miami en ADSL.
