This is an official 2000 release, but only a cosmetic release. All betas
will be found on http://cyberbraincomputing.com/amiaim and a new beta will
be released within 2 weeks of this upload.
Palpatine released all rights to us and we are now continuing development.
The earlier source code that was released with AimCik can NOT be used in
any way, shape or form, without permission from CyberBrain Computing.
Within the next few releases, we will announce that we will need
beta-testers and will be starting a mailing list. Until then, we ask that
you please hold off emailing us until the announcement.
The documentation should provide many answers, so please read it before
submitting your email to us.
AmiAIM is FREEWARE and may be distributed freely in the public domain, but
we reserve the right to upload it to AmiNet.
And lastly, to answer the most common question, this program caters to
AOL (America Online). We are NOT in competition with STRICQ "whatsoever".
STRICQ is a excellent program and we use it all the time and highly
recommend it.
