'ExtractIt/DocReader' - A MEBBSNet BBS Door allows a caller to READ 
any text file (doc files, read.me files, etc.) that were compressed
inside of an archived program. The reason behind this request is that,
according to him, users would like the ability to review a doc file
BEFORE they actually download the software.
