Blitz-Download is a 2 program package which forms part of the M-Tag package.
It can, however, be used without the M-Tag package just as easily.

Blitz-Download performs 2 functions:

       o Allows your users to download the descriptions to the files in
         their tag list.

       o Copies files from specified @{"units" link config} to the HD.
