This is ideal for sysops with a large filebase that takes time to scan.
It uses the config file from my filelist generator for KFB, and the user
just needs to say which area and file they want.

Non-KFB filebase BBS's could still use this if they wanted to add some
assigns for their file areas, but please bear in mind this door does not
add a search facility - you must know the area and filename to download.
