Binkd (Binkley daemon) is a next generation Fidonet mailer designed

to operate via TCP/IP networks. As a FTN-compatible internet daemon, it

possible efficient utilization of TCP/IP protocol suite as a transport layer

Fixing some bug about connection via TPC/IP and the error #8000000B is also
fixed.

You have to have ixemul.library version 47.0 or newer. Get it from
