Short: MUI version of AmiDrop file transfer Author: Andreas "Andiweli" Stuermer (MUI version by Jan Zahurancik / AmiKit) Uploader: amikit gmail com (Jan Zahurancik) Type: comm/net Version: 1.1 Requires: MUI 3.8 (muimaster.library 19) or newer Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 3.0.0 AmiDrop is a lightweight native file receiver for classic AmigaOS. Files can be sent from phones, tablets or PCs using any web browser. No companion software is required on the sending device. AmiDrop_MUI is the MUI version of AmiDrop 1.1: same file transfer engine, same features, with the window built on Magic User Interface. Main features: - native MUI application for AmigaOS 3.0+ - QR code for quick connection from phones and tablets - 6-digit pairing code for PCs and other devices - direct streaming to disk with safe temporary files - configurable receive folder and file size limit (512 KB to 1 GB) - automatic IPv4 address detection - transfer history and progress display New in the MUI version ---------------------- - Copy to Clipboard button beside the address: paste the link into a browser on the sending machine and nothing needs typing. Under emulation the clipboard is shared with the host, so this is a quick route into the Amiga. - four small fixes over AmiDrop 1.1 (preferences saving, QR code from a placeholder address, Clear list feedback, receive folder rejection message) - the window is resizable and follows your MUI settings - fonts, colours and frames come from your configuration - iconifies like any MUI application and appears in Commodities Exchange - new DualPNG icons by Ken E. Lester & Jan Requirements: - a TCP/IP stack providing bsdsocket.library - sender and Amiga connected to the same reachable network - MUI 3.8 (muimaster.library 19) or newer Usage: Start AmiDrop_MUI, scan the QR code or open the displayed address in a browser, then select and upload a file to the configured receive folder.
